The former Mexiko Cafe on South 1st Street has been completely transformed and Central Texans Callie and Taylor Ring are excited to announce the opening of Melody’s Brunch and Craft Cocktail Bar in Downtown Temple on April 7. The restaurant will specialize in unique brunch dishes and craft cocktails.
Melody’s promises to offer a high-end dining experience with a focus on quality ingredients and creative cocktails. The menu, previewed in the photos below from a Facebook posting by Callie Ring, features unique twists on classic brunch dishes. The cocktail menu at Melody’s is equally impressive, with a selection of creative craft cocktails made with fresh ingredients and house-made syrups.
Callie and Taylor Ring have put their heart and soul into creating a unique dining experience at Melody’s. They hope to become a staple in the Downtown Temple community and look forward to serving their customers starting April 7.
