Planet Fitness is set to open a new gym location in the Market Heights Shopping Center in Harker Heights, Texas. The gym will occupy a 22,629 square foot space, and the estimated cost for the shell of the building is around $500,000. This estimated cost does not include renovation and alteration work once the shell is complete.
The construction work for the gym is expected to start on May 1, 2023, and the facility’s shell is scheduled to be completed by July 1, 2023. The gym will cater to a diverse range of members, from first-time gym users to experienced fitness enthusiasts.
