A new mixed-use development is set to revitalize the East Waco area, with a project value of $6.5 million. Broadway Place, a development featuring both residential and commercial spaces, has been approved by the Waco City Council.
The project will consist of 26 apartment-style housing units and a first-floor assembly and mercantile shell. It is located at 505 Elm Ave in Waco, Texas. The development will also include a restaurant and retail space, which is expected to attract more foot traffic to the area. The new space is expected to create job opportunities and contribute to the economic growth of the city.
