Belton’s Mi Pueblo Announces Expansion, Set to Offer Enhanced Dining Experience

Mi Pueblo, a popular local eatery, is poised to begin a major expansion project in Central Texas, offering patrons an upgraded dining experience. Located at 500 S. Main St., the restaurant plans to break ground on June 1, 2023, with completion slated for December 1, 2024.

The project, which comes with an estimated cost of $600,000, will involve both the addition to and renovation of the existing building. Mi Pueblo’s planned expansion will add approximately 5,893 square feet to the structure, giving patrons more space to dine and socialize in the Bell County establishment.

The work on Mi Pueblo underscores the restaurant’s commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience for the Central Texas community. The expanded space and renovations are expected to provide a more comfortable atmosphere and potentially introduce new menu items or dining options for customers.

Located in the heart of Belton, the restaurant has become a popular spot for locals and visitors alike. As the expansion project nears completion, residents can look forward to an even more enhanced experience at their beloved Mi Pueblo.
