Shipley Do-Nuts, a doughnut company with over 300 franchised stores in the Southern United States, is preparing to open a new location in Killeen, TX, at 4704 Benjamin Dr. The new store, which is set to open in 2024, will involve new construction work and cost an estimated $950,000.
The 8,312 sq ft building will have limited dining and three lease spaces, bringing Shipley’s signature hot, fresh, handcrafted doughnuts to the area. With over 60 varieties of doughnuts, including the popular plain glazed style, Shipley aims to offer a heavenly glazed doughnut experience that keeps customers coming back.
Founded by Lawrence Shipley Sr. in Houston, TX, in 1936, the company has been serving its original recipe for more than 80 years, and its headquarters are located in Northside, Houston, Texas.
Shipley’s new location in Killeen is expected to create job opportunities for the community and provide a delicious new option for doughnut and coffee lovers in the area. At Shipley Do-Nuts, everything is done to make customers happy, and the company is excited to bring that happiness to Killeen.
